Cancellation Policy
Any appointments not given 24 hours notice & NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service. Any appointments canceled less then 48 hours are will be charged 50% of the service.
There are no exceptions.
Refund Policy
All retail purchases are final, there are no refunds. We will gladly offer an even exchange for any defective products.
All services are final, there are no refunds. An adjustment appointment is always offered, if for any reason, you're not happy with your service.
Gratuity Policy
A gratuity will be automatically added to all services totaling $500 or more. Thank you for your support!
